Donations
Fundraising for the blood donation camp is now closed. We have received all 60 units of LKR 10 000 each to a total sum of LKR 600 000.

Funding and expenses:
Following is a approximate estimate of the costs we have budgeted. Some of the items we will receive as material donations. However, since we have to be prepared for any cancellations, we would be collecting the budgeted amount.
We have stopped fundraising, and the budgeted amount of 1700 EUR ( approx LKR 600 000) is reached.
We have collected this with 60 units worth LKR 10 000 each.
Any funds that are left will be used in a future project.
Expected participation:
250 donours, from which we expect to fulfill 150 units of blood.
we will also have approximately 50 volunteers, including medical staff, supporting various activities on the day of donation.
Approximate expense breakdown:
- Refreshements for donours: EUR 500 ( approx LKR 1 70 000)
- Refreshements and lunch for medical staff and support staff: EUR 300 ( approx LKR 100 000)
- Advertising: EUR 150 ( approx LKR 50 000)
- Location: EUR 150 ( approx LKR 50 000)
- Transport, Sanitation, stationary, thank you cards, and other expenses: EUR 600 ( LKR 2 10 000 )
